QA Engineer

Job Responsibilities & Scope:

The QA Engineer will be a key figure in our Quality Assurance department, responsible for ensuring that all maintenance activities adhere to the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage the annual internal audit schedule to ensure full compliance with EASA Part 145, CAAM Part 145, FAA 14 CFR Part 145, and other applicable regulations.
• Conduct comprehensive internal and external audits (including subcontractors and suppliers) to assess adherence to company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Support the investigation of non-compliance, perform root cause analysis, and oversee the implementation of effective corrective and preventive action plans.
• Act as the point of contact during audits conducted by regulatory authorities (CAAM, EASA, FAA, etc.) and customers.
