Job Description

• Create/ Verify/ Maintain efficient Quality Control and Quality Assurance Procedure.
• Identify QC Training needs and analyze the training effectiveness.
• Evaluate the qualification/ performance of QC members.
• Work from job sites as required to monitor quality control performance. Track and document work activities.
• Assist with the actual labor and manufacturing of projects as time permits/as needed.
• Assist with the identification and development of required procedures and processes related to the Quality Management System.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations.
• Develop process improvements to improve quality performance.
• Assist QMR for needed improvements of the QMS requirements in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standard.
