JOB DESCRIPTION

A. Quality Assurance & Inspection Management

• Guide quality control inspectors to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Provide ongoing training and development to improve inspector capabilities.
• Review and interpret QA instructions, specifications, approval samples, and inspection references to determine inspection methods and sequencing.

B. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare quality documentation, inspection reports, and summaries of quality performance.
• Monitor defect trends and provide real-time feedback to production and technical teams.
• Maintain proper records for traceability and process audits.

C. Problem Solving & Corrective Action

• Investigate root causes of customer complaints and in-process defects.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions in coordination with related sections.
