QA Engineer

1. 1 .To conduct regular inspections and internal audits from incoming to outgoing to ensure product conformity to quality standards and product specification.
2. 2. To plan, prepare, organize and implement IATF 16949 QMS in the company.
3. 3. To monitor and analyze quality performance; and conduct regular or ad-hoc internal meeting with production teams to improve and strengthen quality control.
4. 4. To conduct regular training and evaluation at QC Inspector to improve their quality awareness.
5. 5. To perform regular check at all the inspection, measurement, testing equipment and instrument are in tip top condition. To ensure verification or calibration of the equipment & instrument are performed periodically.
6. 6.To oversee the QC laboratory testing and its performance.
7. 7. To ensure all the inspection records and related quality records are well maintained & well kept.
