QA Engineer, Quality System

Job Purpose
Implement Quality Standards for the Organisation in all business function
Own, control and maintain QMS, EMS and product compliance document.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in External Quality System related audit and coordinate External Customer Audit.
Drive Internal Quality Audit activity.
Support Product Audit e.g. UL, CCC, CSA etc.
Preparation of ROHS, REACH and other Product Compliance Declaration Report for customer and timely distribution of all documentation.
Educate internal employees to ensure that they understand and comply to quality procedures and standards.
Update, maintain and control company data relevant to QMS and EMS.
Compiling, maintaining and control document such as customer drawing, Engineering Change, Deviation, Document Change.
Ensure document upload/ update in the documentation system or distribution to specific location.
Ensure the control all documentation under change completely executed.
