QA Engineer / Senior / Lead

Responsible for investigating failures, root causes through 8D approach.

Liaison between internal departments and customers on quality related matter.

Drive internal team on continuous improvement projects.

Perform data analysis, reports and presentation.

Improvement of process implementation of quality system activities in relation to ISO policies and procedures.

Support suppliers in implementing quality improvement initiatives and process controls.

Performing Internal, External and 3rd party audits.

Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in related discipline or equivalent experience.

Mechanical or Electronic Basis preferred.

Familiar with QMS, EMS or other applicable standards.

Full-Time position(s) available. For the lead position, takes a lead and mentor QA team members, providing guidance on best practices, technical skills, and fostering a culture of quality and collaboration.
