QA Engineer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for ensuring that corrective actions are in place and implemented for all non-conformances.
• Responsible for liaising with Engineering/Production side on the investigation of root cause of non-conformance and procedure failure.
• Responsible for CMM jobs' schedule to ensure machine capacity is fully utilized.
• Carry-out part programming CMM and meeting CMM and other related measurement tools' MSA requirement.
• Responsible to write and publish OQA report in timely manner;
• Develop or guide junior or technician to create work standard, operating instruction and quality criteria.
• Enhance customer satisfaction;
• Any other assignments deemed necessary by the management.
