Qualifications

• Strong capital markets or commercial banking experience
• Test management and planning experience
• Strong test processes experience
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• ETL and data experience
• Cloud experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Define and implement comprehensive testing strategies for capital markets applications, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT.
• Collaborate with development, business analysts, and product owners to ensure test coverage aligns with business requirements and regulatory standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of QA analysts, test engineers, and automation specialists onshore offshore.
• Drive performance and accountability through clear KPIs and objectives.
