Job Description

Responsible and ensure full compliance and implementation of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to meet the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) in the production of latex examination and nitrile gloves.

Review and update all documented procedures periodically to meet current operation practices to ensure gloves meet desired specifications and quality.

To enforce strict QA and QC policies and procedures to ensure produced gloves meet set specifications.

Handle customer complaints, carry out detailed investigation starting from defect samples, retainer samples, QA/QC control records, in-process records and submit record finding to Marketing department within stipulated time. Once the root causes are identified, to document and implement corrective and preventive measures.

To assist in R&D activities in establishing new products, sample preparation and establish technical specifications for new products.
