Job Description

  1. Oversee the daily operations of the QA/QC Department and ensure smooth functioning.
  2. Ensure the Quality System (GMP, Halal, and regulatory requirements) is implemented and followed at all times.
  3. Plan, schedule, and manage manpower within the department.
  4. Monitor and improve QA/QC systems, productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
  5. Act as Internal Quality Auditor and handle customer complaints.
  6. Ensure all incoming materials are inspected according to the Quality Control Plan.
  7. Manage calibration of measuring equipment in QC Laboratory and Production.
  8. Review and verify reports, Certificate of Analysis (COA), and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
  9. Prepare COA for customers (to be verified by QA Manager).
  10. Handle product returns, non-conformance, complaints, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
