QA Executive

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible to follow company policies on quality and carry out Good Manufacturing Practices

Responsible to involve in ISO 9001 standard certification and audit

Initiate process improvements to established and implement quality plans, procedures and training programs to achieve required level of product quality, reliability with compliance to ISO 9001

Responsible to work with customer or third-party inspectors on all aspects of quality and safety issue and attend   to customer concerns relating to quality of product and/or service including Factory Acceptance Test

Responsible to initiate failure investigation and responds to customer complaint on timely basis

Responsible to prepare the work instructions

Responsible to enforce quality control standards compliance with quality and specification

Responsible to accurately verify record tests and measurements in the QC Database
