 QA Hardware Engineer
 Job Description: 
Responsibilities will include:
Participate in the field screening team on product issues. Identification, analysis, evaluation and recording of key data.
Monitoring of processes. Design actions to avoid issues/malfunctions for recurring.
Identify best practices and development guides. Lean processes for superior performance.
Definition and leadership of actions of the company's portfolio performance improvement plan. Preparation of monitoring reports and execution of related action plans.
Experience with methodologies for managing incidents, changes, performance measurement and project management.
Perform organizational coaching to do right first and to walk the talk.
Location 
Permanent hire can be based in Madrid
