Overview

• Inspects incoming raw and packaging materials, in-process products, finished goods, and delivery vehicles to ensure compliance with specifications, GMP, and food safety standards.
• Checks production equipment, weighing scales, and tools for cleanliness, accuracy, and condition before and during operations.
• Monitors workers’ personal hygiene, sanitation practices, and overall cleanliness of production and laboratory areas.
• Conducts sensory evaluation, evaluates tip-in materials and finished goods, participates in product investigations and supplier audits, and maintains accurate quality records.
• Coordinates pest control programs, prepares materials and samples for R&D, ensures proper labeling/coding, and performs other quality-related tasks as required.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of BS Food Technology or any science related courses
