Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced QUALITY ASSURANCE to oversee quality systems for our export garment production. The ideal candidate will ensure product quality meets buyer standards and international requirements across all production stages from raw material to final packing.

• Monitor and ensure quality standards at every stage of production (cutting, sewing, finishing packing)
• Conduct in line, mid-line and final inspections based on AQL and buyer specific standards
• Identify defects and root causes, and work with production team for corrective actions
• Prepare QA reports and maintain documentation for audits and client reviews
• Coordinate with merchandising and production teams to align quality objectives
• Train production staff on quality requirements and best practices
