Principal Accountabilities

Quality Maintenance and Inspections

• Perform quality inspection (Incoming, in-process or outgoing)
• Perform First order of design inspection
• Liaise and communicate with other department staffs on quality issues encountered during inspection
• Conduct product/material testing
• Conduct process/product audit
• Maintain the quality records
• Responsible for product release of finished goods
• Prepare daily report
• Prepare inspection report
• Support any other day-to-day quality matters as and when required
• Promoting the use of the process approach and risk-based thinking
• Promoting quality management system requirements into the organization’s business processes
• Any additional task assigned by QA personnel of higher position.
