QA - Lead

Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance & Testing Own end-to-end test planning, test design, execution, and defect management across projects Review business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories to identify test scenarios and risks Perform functional, regression, integration, UAT, and exploratory testing Ensure test coverage aligns with business goals and client expectations Maintain and continuously improve QA processes, standards, and best practices Stakeholder & Client Communication Act as the primary QA point of contact for internal teams and external clients Clearly communicate test status, quality metrics, risks, and release readiness to stakeholders Participate in client meetings, sprint reviews, UAT sign-offs, and release discussions Translate technical QA findings into business-friendly insights for non-technical audiences Proactively raise quality concerns and recommend mitigation strategies Collaboration & Leadership Work closely with Product Owners, Busi...
