Purpose

Act as a hands‑on QA manager, focused on leading day‑to‑day test execution, writing and reviewing automation code, and supporting the team across delivery initiatives. This role ensures QA best practices are applied consistently throughout the implementation lifecycle, while aligning closely with the overall strategy set by QA leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily QA execution activities.
• Coach, mentor, and support automation and manual QA engineers.
• Implement and maintain scalable QA processes, testing standards, and delivery‑focused governance (without owning overall QA strategy).
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineering teams, and customer stakeholders to ensure timely, high‑quality releases.
