Job description:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• 8-10 years experience as QA Lead/Test Lead.
• Must have experience in Banking Industry.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas (FULL ONSITE)

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

• Experience managing an independent Testing Team for projects and/or AMS/Production Support.
• Experience in Project Management, Risk and Issue Management, and Mitigation.
• Experience in functional and non-functional testing.
• Ability to define and monitor execution of test tasks and activities.
• Knowledge of ALM tools (e.g., MF ALM, JIRA, Selenium, GitHub).
• Strong communication skills for reporting test status and metrics.
