QA Lead - Payments

Hiring an experiencedQA Lead with strong Payments domain expertise and hands‑onISO 20022 migration experience. Responsible for end‑to‑end test leadership for high‑value and cross‑border payment systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA strategy, planning, and execution for ISO 20022 migration programs.
• Responsible for managing test environments, test data
• Prepare test plans
• Validate ISO 20022 message formats (pacs/pain/camt), schema mapping & transformation.
• Oversee functional, integration, regression, and E2E testing for payment systems.
• Manage and mentor QA teams (manual & automation).
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams for requirement analysis & defect triage.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial standards.
