Overview
We are seeking an experienced QA Lead to drive quality assurance across web and enterprise applications. This role will lead testing strategy, oversee defect and problem management, and ensure high-quality delivery within Agile environments while mentoring QA team members.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA activities and deliver testing milestones on time.
• Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
• Oversee functional, web, and system integration testing (SIT, UAT, regression).
• Manage defect lifecycle, root cause analysis, and problem management.
• Collaborate with PMs, developers, BAs, and stakeholders across Agile sprints.
