QA Leadman/Leadlady

Job Summary:

Assist QA in line inspectors in enhancing their learning and further understanding company goals.

Verifies reports submitted by QA inspectors. Ensures that rejection rate is at minimal.

Qualifications/Education:

• Bachelor's Degree of any course
• Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of working experience in manufacturing industry
• With good verbal and writing skills
• Ability in problem solving and provide factual reports
• With effective verbal and writing skill
• Can conduct analysis and a systematic validation of processes

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Prepares weekly schedule of QA Personnel in the absence of QA Head.

2. Prepares weekly report in the absence of QA Head.

3. Assist QA Head to review, evaluate and analyse quality control reports for accuracy and takes actions to correct quality problems.
