BioTalent has been tasked to find a Senior QA Manager who will build, mentor, and lead a team of QA Project Managers supporting critical tech transfer, process validation, and regulatory compliance initiatives.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance strategic oversight with tactical support, stepping in as QA Project Manager when needed while developing the next generation of quality professionals.

What You Bring:

• 10-15 years Quality Assurance experience with proven people management expertise
• BSc/MSc in Science, Biotechnology or related field
• Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor, develop and inspire high-performance teams
• Expert knowledge in cGMP, quality systems and risk-based decision making
