QA Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigation on customers feedback regarding material issues and provide corrective actions
• Directs and monitors activities of Quality Control Staff to ensure that all functions supports company objectives to deliver quality products
• Develops and communicates the objectives and scope of the integrated management system
• Implements ISO Standards

Requirements

• Graduate of any Engineering or business course,
• With at least 3-5 years of work experience related in QA/QC
• With an experience in Supervisory/Managerial role
• Know how to handle people
• Knowledge in QA/QC tools and production
