QA Manager

Makati Philippines, Philippines (Hybrid for the first 2-3 months / Onsite on Tues & Wed, then WFH for the rest of the week to be able to adapt environment & with the team) Thereafter, will be fully working remotely.
Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PHT (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM ET)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced QA Manager to own quality across our entire product ecosystem — web (React/TypeScript), mobile (React Native iOS & Android), and backend APIs (NestJS/Python).
This role leads the Manila QA team, defines end-to-end test strategy, establishes quality gates across all environments (Dev → Staging → UAT → Production), and serves as the final sign-off authority for production releases.
