**Job Description**

+ Lead the overall Quality and Food Safety function at the plant, in accordance with Israeli regulations, Nestlé procedures, and international standards
+ Develop and promote a strong end-to-end quality culture
+ Initiate and implement cross-plant proactive processes and actions, including leading the preventive approach in collaboration with the management team
+ Lead failure analysis, investigations, and continuous improvement teams, including handling quality incidents, customer and consumer complaints
+ Provide professional leadership with a deep understanding of processes, data-driven decision making, and both personal and professional management of a skilled, high-performing team
+ **Job Requirements**
+ Relevant Bachelor’s degree – Food Engineering / Microbiology / Chemistry / Sciences
