R&D Partners is seeking a dedicated QA Manufacturing Lead to serve as the quality champion on the manufacturing shop floor. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and maintaining the highest quality standards for pharmaceutical products.

Responsibilities:

• Provide real-time oversight of shop floor activities.
• Perform line clearance and monitor batch execution.
• Escalate deviations and issues promptly.
• Review batch records and GMP documentation.
• Support interventions and aseptic practices, if applicable.
