Your Responsibilities

1. Near Infrared (NIR) Analysis:
2. Operate and maintain NIR spectrometers and related equipment to perform real-time quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
3. Calibrate and validate NIR systems to ensure accuracy and consistency of results.
4. Analyze and interpret NIR spectra, adjusting parameters for optimal data accuracy.
5. Ensure that NIR results align with product specifications and quality standards.
6. Quality Control & Inspection:
7. Perform physical inspections of products at various stages of production to ensure they meet quality standards.
8. Measure dimensions, weight, and other product attributes using appropriate tools and equipment.
9. Identify defects or deviations from quality specifications and document findings.
10. Work closely with production teams to identify root causes of defects and suggest corrective actions.
