QA Operator

Job Summary:

QA Operators are responsible for the in-process dimensional and visual inspection of carrier tapes. Responsible for handling and review of all products in the review area.

Job Responsibilities:

· To perform inspection and measurement during incoming, setup and outgoing process, to inform superior and related department for further action if found reject during inspection.

· To assist engineering and production to prepare the FAl sample.

· To stamp QC Passed on the Good Reel after perform the visual inspection.

· To segregate rejected reel and make decision on the disposition if just a small amount of quantity.

· To feedback reject finding to the related department including production, setup and sorting.

· To assist store in shipment preparation.

· To prepare COC and QC samples to customers.

· To prepare daily QC retained samples.
