QA Paint Shop Senior Executive

Company :

1. Lead Paint Buy-off inspection activities at Paint Shop 1.
2. Monitor Daily production in line process. 
3. Involve inter-shop buy-off activities (Body Shop, Paint Shop & Trim Shop), and Principals during new product introduction, mass pro and customer concerns.
4. Quality data collection, do analysis, prepare the report and come out with suggestion / solution for improvement. 
5. Monitor related maintenance of tools & equipment provided by company. 
6. Provide the training to subordinates from time to time. 
7. Do evaluation skill for subordinates. 
8. Establish and update related documents such as procedure, work standard, check sheet etc when necessary. 
9. Ensure Inspection activities follow the procedure and standard. 
10.Quality records control activities. 
11.Investigate customer complaint received (internal & external) and come out the solution for improvement.
