QA & Product Analyst

At Brand Influence Group (BIG), we’re looking for a curious, ambitious and technically minded QA & Product Analyst to join our Technology Team.
This is an opportunity to work across internal products used by thousands of people every day, while gaining exposure to Product Management, Business Analysis, Software Development, Training and Quality Assurance.

This role combines hands-on testing, regression testing, issue investigation, release support and AI-assisted QA. You’ll work closely with developers, support staff, business stakeholders and our Training Manager to test new features, identify edge cases, investigate user-reported issues, support release communication and help us release with greater confidence.

Our main platform is built on Ruby on Rails, so experience with Ruby, RSpec, SQL or test automation would be highly regarded.
