QA & QC Assistant

Primary Responsibilities

The Quality Control (QC) Assistant shall play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and freshness for our imported fresh fruits. The QC Assistant will work closely with the QA QC Executive to perform inspections, tests, and evaluations of fresh fruit products throughout the supply chain. The QC Assistant shall need to pay attention to detail, adherence to quality standards, and ability to work effectively within a team will be essential in maintaining our commitment to delivering premium-quality fruits to our customers.

Inspection and Evaluation:

• Assist in conducting visual inspections of incoming fresh fruit shipments to assess quality, freshness, and adherence to specifications.
• Perform sensory evaluations and organoleptic assessments to detect any signs of spoilage, damage, or defects in fresh fruits.
