And so it begins....................!!! Build Space has partnered with a top General Contractor helping them to build out their Project Team on an £80m Data Centre job in West London. One of the first positions we are working on is a QA / QC Manager, a key hire for the project. As QA/QC Manager you will oversee quality compliance on the CSA aspect of the project.

QA / QC Manager Roles & Responsibilities

• Leading QA/QC across full project lifecycle—earthworks, groundworks, slab, structural steel, cladding, roofing, aspects of fit out
• Defining and maintaining ITPs, inspection checklists, and QA systems aligned to BS, ISO, and client standard
• Managing redlines, punch lists, QA reports, and technical documentation for compliance and client delivery
• Liaising closely with Site Managers, Subcontractors and Stakeholders to support integrated quality delivery
