JOB DESCRIPTION OF QA-QC OPERATIONS
ADMINISTRATIVE AND DOCUMENTATION SUPPORT
· Prepares, updates, and organizes operational documents, reports , and files.
· Assist in Processing permits, clearances, and other required documents.
· Maintains accurate records and ensures proper filling of documents (electronic and and hard copy.)
· Assist in drafting communication letters memos and operational notices.
OPERATIONS COORDINATION
· Coordinates schedules for deliveries, shipments, job orders, or operational tasks.
· Communicates with suppliers, clients third-party service providers, and internal teams.
· Monitors movement of items, transaction, or workflow and reports delays or issues.
· Ensures that all operational requirements are completed within agreed timelines .
MONITORING AND REPORTIING
· Tracks operational performance indicators such as turnaround time, job completion, delays, and errors.
