QA Raw Materials Compliance Specialist

One of our clients, a leading company in the life sciences industry in Switzerland, is currently looking for a QA Raw Materials Compliance Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will work across multiple systems, including SAP, TrackWise, and the Document Management System.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, assess, and coordinate the evaluation of Vendor Change Notifications (VCNs) from suppliers
• Ensure appropriate impact assessments are conducted in collaboration with relevant departments
• Track and document VCNs in compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
• Ensure timely implementation of required actions and updates to documentation
• Support cross‑functional teams in maintaining quality and compliance standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field
