• Proven experience leading cross‑functional project teams, driving scope, schedule, and deliverables using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong background in QA strategy, including test planning, test case design, defect management, and ensuring end‑to‑end software quality.
• Skilled in coordinating UAT, SIT, regression, and automation testing efforts to ensure timely and accurate delivery of project milestones.
• Experienced in identifying project risks and quality gaps early, implementing mitigation strategies, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
• Hands‑on proficiency with QA and PM tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, TestRail, etc. ) to track progress, manage defects, and provide transparent reporting.
