QA Specialist
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct subtitle reviews for client content, English to Korean or Korean to English
Ensure accuracy of objective errors: grammar, spelling, punctuation, consistency, fluency, and intent is conveyed through subtitles
Escalate any issues with the subtitle quality and collaborate with the production team to resolve issues in timely manner
Seek to understand and correct any language uncertainty
Consult with language leads and evaluators for feedback validation, as required
Train and onboard new QA Specialists, ensuring alignment with quality standards and workflows
Participate in internal training sessions to stay up to date with industry standards and company processes
