Responsibilities

• Report occurrences of out-of-spec, results in a timely manner.
• Responsible to prepare sample and approval of 1st order according to standard and stability sample collected in proper order according to the planned schedule.
• Responsible in checking and monitoring the CAPA and report to Dept. Head.
• Responsible in handling calibration SOP, work instruction and maintain record.
• Assist in checking and confirming specification sheet.
• Identifying and planning for training needs.
• Ensure to confirm customer samples and new model with QC and production.
• Co-ordinate with other departments for continuous quality improvement plan.

Qualifications

• Possess in Diploma or Degree in related field.
• 1 or 2 years of working experiences in related field.
