· Implement inspection standards given by the Engineering.

· Responsible for consolidation and generation of QA reports (weekly and Monthly report).

· Prepare weekly yield percentage, defect and other related report.

· Prepare the monthly Quality Situation / issues summary.

· Responsible for disposition on quality issues or criteria.

· Prepare report for the material defect encountered in incoming inspection and during production.

· Revised/review QA procedures if needed.

· Review calibration monitoring report. And responsible to maintain all QA records.

· Responsible for planning, creation and management of each section of department.

· Provide training on Quality Awareness for new employees and inspectors are well trained.

· Responsible to communicate with all QA Department section to solve encountered issues.
