Key Performance Areas

- Report directly to Quality Manager on site.
- Supervise Quality Controllers to ensure consistent and accurate quality checks.
- Create and manage work schedules for the Quality department.
- Support New Product Development.
- Ensure Quality controllers have the necessary tools to perform their work function
- Review weekly compliance to swabbing plans and product submission.
- Oversee that inspections, on products and processes are conducted to verify compliance with specifications, standards, and procedures
- Monitor and enforce GMP standards across the entire facility.
- Conduct routine spot checks on cleaning efficacy.
- Ensure that equipment used in the facility for QC and Food safety are verified and calibrated as per schedule. <...
