Our factory in Estcourt is looking for a dynamic, detail-orientated Quality Assurance Supervisor to the team.

QA Supervisor to assist QA Manager in ensuring that Food Safety and Quality management system is implemented, maintain and continually improved in accordance to FSSC 22000 Standard.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Food Technology or Biotechnology

Experience

• 3-5 year's in the meat industry

Knowledge

• Strong understanding of food safety, food quality and microbiology.
• Experience with working on Food safety management sytems based on FSSC 22000.
• Good knowledge of production environment

Skills

• Good commmunication skills both writtten and verbal,
• Confident in decision making.
• Ability to act quickly,
• Effective planning,
• Attention to details and time management.
