QA Supervisor

Job Summary:

The QA Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in the TV SKD assembly line and CBU by managing both Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) operations. This role oversees in-line quality control activities, supervises QA testing processes, and ensures compliance with organizational and ISO standards. Key responsibilities include monitoring assembly line quality, managing AQL sampling inspections, handling HOLD units for repair/rework, and conducting quality checks on aging units from mass production. The QA Supervisor also ensures accurate SAP postings, inventory integrity, and timely reporting of QA documentation. Additionally, the role drives continuous improvement initiatives, manages supplier corrective actions, and leads training programs for QA/QC personnel to maintain operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
