QA Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Supervisor to lead and oversee quality assurance operations. The role ensures that products, processes, and systems meet customer standards and internal quality requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise daily QA activities and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Implement and monitor QA procedures, inspection plans, and testing methods.
• Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives (PDCA).
• Review and approve QA reports, documentation, and QC test results.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Warehouse to address quality issues.
• Train and mentor QA staff to maintain high competency levels.
• Ensure audit readiness and support internal/external quality audits.
