QA Team Lead

Our company is looking for a detailed-oriented QA Team Lead.

Responsibilities

• Address daily quality issues on the production floor and provide real-time support to operations
• Train employees on GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
• Lead and manage QA investigations related to production issues
• Investigate and respond to customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution
• Conduct product shelf-life verification and monitoring activities
• Develop and maintain weekly QA schedules; adjust based on production planning needs
• Provide coverage and support for QA Specialists during absences (vacation/sick leave)
• Oversee and manage the Environmental Monitoring Program
• Train and mentor the QA team on BRC and other quality/safety programs
• Act as the primary QA point of contact for production and QA team inquiries on the floor
