Job Description

Quality Assurance Technician Location: Clitheroe 
We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to join our Technical team at our Clitheroe site. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in FMCG manufacturing who is passionate about food safety, quality, and continuous improvement. 
Available Shifts Sunday – Thursday, 6:00am – 2:00pm Includes an additional 10% pay enhancement for any weekend working (Saturday–Sunday) 
Saturday – Wednesday, 10:00pm – 6:00am Includes an additional 15% pay enhancement for night shifts 
Key Responsibilities Safety & Quality (25%) Conduct HACCP audits and monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) 
Calibrate weighing and temperature measurement equipment 
Verify cleaning standards using hygiene management systems (including swabbing and titration) 
Collect samples for microbiological and chemical analysis
