Reporting to the Supervisor Quality Assurance, the Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for overseeing the day to day quality operations including the implementation and monitoring of quality, sanitation and batching systems to facilitate compliance with company objectives and regulatory requirements.


Key Accountabilities:


The following are essential duties and responsibilities for this position:

  • Adhere to all health and safety policies/procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE) while in the warehouse or production areas.

  • Responsible to adhere to food quality and food safety as per quality standards and/or Safe Quality Food requirements.

  • Must be able to successfully execute sensory tests including but not limited to smelling, tasting, visual etc., inclusive of alcohol products.
