Job Description

 Key Responsibilities: Setting gauges and preparation /issuing of inspection sheets and gauging procedures
 Perform incoming check and verification of raw materials, customers supplied materials, sub-con operations and instruments;
  1. Dimensional verification 2. Hardness check 3. Mill Certificate Verification 4. VTI 5. Short term rental gauges  Perform final check on finished parts and routers/documentation/inspection sheet ensuring compliance to licensor’s / customers’ requirements
 Conduct scheduled daily phosphate titration test and monthly coupon test
 Perform threading inserts verification
 To raise Non-Conformance / Incident Reports on discrepancy discovered
 To conduct internal process audit
 Responsible for maintaining the integrity of gauge room
 Responsible for ensuring work is carried out in accordance with documented procedures
