About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced QA & Tester Lead to oversee quality assurance and testing activities for digital banking and financial projects. The role involves leading a team of QA engineers, ensuring delivery of high-quality software solutions, and driving best practices in testing, automation, and overall quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the QA team in planning, designing, executing, and reporting all testing activities.
• Develop and implement QA strategies, test plans, and test cases for web, mobile, and core banking applications.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and developers to ensure requirements are testable and quality objectives are met.
• Oversee functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
