QA/HSE Manager

The Quality Health Safety and Environmental Manager is responsible for the administration and continuous improvement of the company QHSE policies and procedures, ensuring the plant operates in full compliance with corporate standards, UAE regulatory requirements and contractual obligations. The role places strong emphasis on environmental compliance, including full ownership of the Plant Environmental Permit, emissions monitoring, regulatory reporting and environmental performance management, particularly during plant start‑up and operational ramp‑up. The HSEQ Manager ensures that all HSEQ elements of the Plant Environmental Permit are implemented, monitored and maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements.
