A team leader or specialist with comprehensive knowledge in the area of quality. Ability to execute highly complex or specialised projects; adapts precedents and may make significant departures from traditional approaches to develop solutions. Works independently and takes ownership within quality programmes, leading on specific issues and projects.

Principle Accoutabilities

Lead and manage the QC & lab team to delivery effective quality control system on shopfloor and high efficiency test lab in the plant.

Manage the team’s activities and resources that ensure timely and proper test and inspection support for the manufacturing process, as well as the implementation and audit of quality control systems from our customers or 3rd party.

Maintain and improve the QC & Lab operation procedure to conform to IATF16949, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and customer requirements.
