QAQC Architect

The QAQC Architect ensures that the quality of work is in accordance with the approved plans and specifications and safety standards to the satisfaction of the management and client.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

A. Education

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture

B. Experience

• At least two (2) years technical work experience as field engineer performing quality inspections in horizontal and vertical construction
• Knowledge of/skills in quality control
• Knowledge of field construction including systems, practices, general engineering principals and construction techniques, materials, methods and sequencing
• Knowledge of/skills in scheduling and planning.
• Knowledge of environment, health and safety standards and procedures
• Knowledge of/skills in MS Office-Basic
